Ministries
United Methodist Men
The UMM is an organization of men that serves responsibilities of discipleship. It is dedicated to empower personal witness and evangelism; to enable outreach in individual and group mission and ministry; to encourage and support spiritual growth and faith development; and to promote the objectives of the larger connection of the UMM. Our men's group is committed to serving Christ by serving others in the community. The UMM meets in cooperation and conjunction with the men of Beulah UMC. The Beulah/Oak Grove chapter of the UMM strives to meet those goals and to serve the community with its Wheelchair Ramp Ministry, an outreach program begun in 2014.
United Methodist Women
The UMW has been a bulwark for service to Christ's church for over a century. The UMW is the largest denominational faith organization for women whose mission is foster spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice. The UMW at Beulah/Oak Grove has been active for many years and continues to serve our congregation with inspired energy. Our UMW engages in projects that are aimed at supporting area outreach ministries. Its most recent work was in support of "The Bridge" ministries of Blythewood.
Evangelism
Beulah engages in significant projects of outreach and evangelism through the church's Evangelism Commitee. One of its ongoing projects is the preparation of disaster relief health kits. These kits are created in conjunction with the United Methodist Committee on Relief. Whenever disaster strikes anywhere these kits can be immediately sent to those in need. We are proud of what the church is doing and the reach that Beulah has even beyond our own community.
Wheelchair Ramp Ministry
The United Methodist Men of the Upper Richland Charge has launched this wonderful ministry to serve those in our community who have mobility challenges. It is a wonderful reflection of our commitment to serving others in love as Christ loves us.
