Rev. Charles Wilbanks

Originally from Houston Texas, Pastor Wilbanks was born and raised as a United Methodist. His call to the ministry represents a third career for him. He is retired as a faculty member at the University of South Carolina. Pastor Wilbanks is also a liscenced Social Worker and counselor.  His theological training is from Duke Divinity School.  He came to Beulah in 2012.  He is also the pastor at Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Blythewood. 

He received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Houston; a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska; and a M.S.W. from the University of South Carolina. Sandra Pherigo

Coordinator of Children and Youth Ministry.

Sandra Pherigo has been a member of the United Methodist Church her entire life. She serves as Coordinator of Youth and Children's Ministry for Beulah and Oak Grove United Methodist Churches.  She got her MED in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina. She was a kindergarden teacher for 10 years. She has many years experience teaching Sunday School.  She has married to Bill Pherigo since 1961. Together they have a married son and a beautiful grandaughter Callie. In her free time Sandra enjoys gardening and spending time with her dog Brew.

Dr. Connie Zimmerman

Director of Music

Dr. Constella H. Zimmerman is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick N.J. Prior to accepting the position of Director of Music at Beulah United Methodist Church she was Director of Music at Canaan Baptist Church in Newark, N.J.  She served as Music Minister at Canaan Baptist Church for over twenty-five years and has served at Beulah as Music Director for over five years. She enjoys music ministry and working with young people.
